Last quarter Jon Powers was criticized for holding a joint fundraiser and taking money from local strip club owner Rick Snowden. This quarter Powers accepted more money from the owner, something that opponent Jack Davis wants voters to know about. From Davis:

“It is pathetic and sad that Mr. Powers will say anything, do anything, and take money from anyone to further his aspirations for a career in politics… Voters want someone who will stand up to the special interests, not sell out to them.”
